Training offers to be scrutinised

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forests has notified all departments and non-departmental agencies that any offer for training, seminars, conferences and meetings addressed to or sought by individuals from any external training institutes will not be entertained. Such offers, according to the notice, should be addressed to the ministry for appropriate nominations through the Weekly Human Resource Committee Meeting of the ministry.
