Prime Minister Jigmi Y Thinley…
April 9, 2011Prime Minister Jigmi Y Thinley has officially taken charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since Lyonpo Ugyen Tshering, the foreign minister, is undergoing medical treatment. Lyonpo Khandu Wangchuk, the minister of economic affairs, will represent Bhutan as the foreign minister for Saarc activities and Lyonpo Yeshey Zimba, the minister of works and human settlement, will represent Bhutan for BIMSTEC.
