Officials fight bird flu spread in Tsimasham

Following the confirmation of bird flu outbreak in one of the local farms in Tsimasham in Chhukha, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests has implemented the 3D operation (Depopulation, Disposal and Decontamination) along with vehicle disinfectant and strict vigilance in the area to control the spread of disease. As part of the operation, a total of 1,246 poultry from 88 households in five villages have been culled.
