Highlander defeats Thuenlam FC 3-1

In the Pool B match of the ongoing Thimphu open football tournament yesterday, highlander got better of Thuenlam FC 3-1.

Minutes into the game, Pema Norbu of Thuenlam FC scored the first goal of the match.

Highlander’s Choeda netted an equalizer. Minutes later, Yeshey Samdrup added another to trounce Thuenlam FC.

In the second half, Yeshey Samdrup scored another goal to seal the victory for this team.

Today, Sangay Arts will play Layog FC under Pool C. Tomorrow, House United will face Lopens under Pool D in the first match and Charo FC will play Raven FC under Pool D in the second match.
