The new Dagana Dzongda

His Majesty the King appointed Tenzin Thinley as the new Dzongda of Dagana yesterday. The appointment is as per Article 2 Section 16 (A) of the Constitution of Bhutan.

   Tashi-Delek to Dasho la. Surely we expect changes in our Dzongkhag. We heard that he is a good person with promises.
