Cultural visit to Japan

A faculty member and 10 students of Royal Thimphu College are in Japan on a two-week cultural visit. During the tour that began on February 6, the students will attend lectures on contemporary concerns such as environmental issues in Japan, economic challenges, damage from the Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami besides learning about Japanese culture, history, customs, traditions, education, sports and language.
