BCSE graduates take oath of allegiance

Venerable Tsugla Lopen on January 4 administered the Oath of Allegiance to 221 BCSE selected graduates in Thimphu. The RCSC appointed 221 selected candidates to different position levels in the professional and management position categories in the civil service.
