Gaeddu College of Business Studies (GCBS) conducted an eight-day workshop for student leaders between June 27 and July 4.

The participants were briefed on essential human values like right understanding, love, peace and right conduct, among others. The workshop mostly focused on leadership traits, podium etiquette, personal grooming, and public speaking.

“I learned a lot of ethical values from the workshop; I will try to put into practice what I have learned in this workshop,” said Passang, a student leader.

Dechen, another participant, said that to be an effective leader a person has to have patience, perseverance and great dedication. The participants agreed that true leaders should be diplomatic while dealing with social issues in such a way that people can accept their actions as right and just.
