24th Congress of Architecture in Tokyo, Japan

Prime Minister Jigmi Y Thinley this week delivered a keynote address at the 24th Congress of Architecture in Tokyo, Japan. In his address, Lyonchhen described architects as the ultimate narrators of human story. Lyonchhen also underlined the need to change the architecture of human society and its economy and seek more wholesome form of development.
