After a long three-day battle in the final, Druk United won a hard-fought victory over Thimphu United A to clinch the 2010 PCAL Foundation Cup. Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) completed the first entrepreneurial skills development training for 63 participants of two batches with the financial support from UNDP as part of Human Security Project under the Income Generation Start-up Support programme yesterday.
