I though over and over before I casted my vote for this poll and had to close my eyes to analyze on different views related to this topic, pros and cons of the state funding and finally decided to give my own views.

I think political parties should receive the state funding otherwise there is a high probability for corruption, money power taking the lead role and because of the current scenario there may not be any new parties to participate in the election.

However, with the state funding, people can take risk and operate within the allotted budget after all every thing is accountable. I think just few million is okay if it is for the right cause.

Absolutely no, Public fund should not be dumped for unnecessary purpose. Without doubt our politicians are paid beyond what they deserved and for sustaining such political office any where in the region it is their responsibility.
Whether won or lost the election it is up to the politicians to resolve their exit.

I don,t agree that the political parties should look for the government funding. It is their high time to work for the nation and people and show examples to the other political parties of the world. No political party exist without government funding but it is their beginning in Bhutan and they first of all make their own stand without govt.funding.Ask some thing once you have something of your own.

definitely not. Its a shame that they are demanding state funding for their political parties. This should not be allowed.
