In western cultures, the Grim Reaper is the being/entity that visit the person who is going to die. Whoever gets a visit from the Grim Reaper ends up dying soon after that. Getting a visit from the grim reaper is akin to getting a prophecy of your deaath.

The cartoon above is basically making a statement on the troubles at Bhutan times by suggesting the possibility of the death of Independent journal.

The ethic, principles and dignity have to be built on the foundation of human values. Only then it remains as a human intrinsic values. Otherwise talking and popularizing these values by hanging would mean rusting out the chain that is hanging and the so called human values are devalued. The values need to inbuilt and not advertise. It looks like such values can be easily reaped off and the plastic faces of integrety revealed to show the real reptalian nature.
