Through those receipients, HM had indeed honoured all those blue collar workers around the country. HMs pata/kabney significance talk would have brought all the officials who wear them to their senses. I am glad for the recognition given to all those who silently work hard but hardly get noticed. This will inspire those people as well. And the druk thuksey receipient is indeed nation's treasure. what a memorable national day!!!!!!
