Bhutanese band performs in bands festival

Who’s Your Daddy, a Bhutanese rock band, performed for the second time in the South Asian Bands Festival on December 13 in Delhi.
The third South Asian Bands Festival took place between December 11 and 13 at the Purana Qila in Delhi.
Organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations in Collaboration with India’s Ministry of External Affairs and Seher, the festival featured 15 popular rock bands from nine different countries.
Four of the bands, including Who’s Your Daddy from Bhutan, had already performed in the festival earlier while it was a debut performance for most others.
The South Asian Bands Festivals is one of the most popular events in South Asia. It brings together at one platform young talented bands enabling a confluence of ideas.
The festival is said to have attracted over 30,000 people, mostly youth, every time it was held. The festival was first held in 2007.
