12-year-old raped

A soldier has been accused of raping a 12 year-old girl on the night of December 25.
The victim was tending to her grandmother who was admitted in Gidakom hospital. The army man was also attendant to his wife in the same hospital. They were staying in different rooms in a rented house near the hospital.
On the night of December 25, the victim was not alone. According to her uncle, she was sleeping at the man’s room since his step daughter was also sleeping there. The soldier had not been there at first. But when the girl woke up, she found him next to her. When she screamed, he slapped her and threatened to hit her. The man’s stepdaughter ran away from the scene while he raped the girl.
The next day, the victim sought medical care at Gidakom hospital but had to be referred to the National Referral Hospital. According to hospital sources, medical evidence proves that she had been raped as her hymen had been ruptured.
The accused has reportedly confessed to committing the crime. Further enquiries are underway.

gosh this soldier is not fit to be human…he deserves to be hanged for this heinous crime..bhutan is no more safe cos we hear of rape cases of little girls every now and then..people like accused in the above story are so desperate and lusty that they dont even spare little girls
as a budhist i will consider it as lost of mindfullness under infulance of lust, now it is high time for gov to think why this things are keep on happning,
1 no open prositute business in town,
2 people need to educate that sex is wants , like drugs, or other habitual thought,
3 law is hard but it re act evrry thing is fnish, so miss yangchey, wht is use of hanging body wich is lost of its control in lust, hope u too , enjoy sex , may be you have poper way, as you are mindfullnes,
so when we put the case in cause and its eaffect, cause is mind under infulance of lust, or drugs, or archolle, in stipulated time, any one will be mindless human being, so we have to look arround and see why people are getting lusty, as i siad bhutan is only the countery in world free from documented sex business,

The soldier is animal and hang him to death. that’s the only solution.
hey he really needs to be punished badly n not spared for lif time….rapist should remain in jail for life……n never be out………………who ever he is i curse for such disgusting thing……should b punished for bringing down RBA’s name…..doesn’t deserve to be called as human………hope our royal justice punish him to make him realise not to ever commit such mistakes in his life ever………………..
he really needs to be punished and not spared for life time. He should remain in jail for life n never be freed. The Army should also take strict actions on such people.. for bringing down RBA’s name. Hope he will be punished.. and this csae wont be hushed up.
I feel the government need to review the law and death punishment must be given to such crminals. The law has to be very strong. Such people must be really hanged or burnt alive
i feel really sorry for the victim. Trauma will haunt her for the rest of her life.To prevent similiar hideous act in the future, i feel that it is needed to be studied the suitation why these crimes are being committed.
such kinda persons should show no mercy and have to dealt beyound the law of the kingdom. This type of cases are so common especially by the army personnels, this is due to the weakness of government and linency of higher army authorites, instead of safeguarding the people and protecting the law of PELDEN DRUKPA, they are the only one who repeatedly commits this type of crimes.
he has to punish so badly so that he will not repeat next time, and other people to. why a 12 years old, this kind of people make our beautiful country looks bad. life person , can you put his picture so all the people can see his face and hate by all the people. now a days all the litter kids are in dangour. gov have to do some thing and protect them before another kids gets hurt. so please punish him so badly.

It is obvious that he did commit a mistake but human beings are never born perfect and will never become perfect..so mistakes defeat us at any instant and as we all are made of flesh and blood, its important that the criminal be given forgiveness…when i say this, we should take into account that mistakes are to be corrected and to improve the personality of the criminal..i think capital punishment is not a solution for this problem..
hey!what is happening in the land of thunder dragon.really feeling bad to hear such news frequently.why it is not been stoped such practice because just for the satisfaction the life of victim has been ruined.it is very sinful.
so the only suggestion that i want to tell is,the man should be encounter.
if such method are use to control the rape activity,in forthcoming future ther will be no such practice.
if i m a justice i will hang him with my own hand or i will slash his organ.
What i found is, our law of the kingdom is so light to those who go against the little kids. The accuse must be punish horribly in front of the public so that no one will repeat such crime again in future and the child will be safe everafter.
The law must be change.
