i would like to take this opportunity to congratulate dasho pema wangchen for, finally being honored with the druk thuksey… since you have almost lived your entire life with the fourth king, since your childhood as class mate, as a friend , as a best friend and as a secretary and a loyal, simple and humble human like you who had spend more time with his majesty than any one…will be remembered not only by their majesty but all of us…tashi delek….

My beloved Bhutan!

Beyond all doubts Bhutan is really shining brightly with an inextinguishable light under the great leadership of our present beloved monarch backed up by enlightened servants like the citizens who knows no fear in carrying out their duties. This is a great inspiration for all upcoming civil servants like us. We are working so hard to walk the path laid by great people of Bhutan and further smoothen it for our future brothers and sisters. I just would like to say that am really happy like never before. I AM HAPPY.

Long live HMs and citizens like Dasho Neten Zangmo, Dasho Kunzang Wangdi and so forth. This does not mean that other citizens should not live long. All the fellow Bhutanese…………..Long live!
