    Dear Friends of India
It is too painful for me to see the mumbai terrorist attack which has shaken this world. There is no Indian or Bhutanese when it comes to such attack. we live under same umbrella and we share the same pain. I always pray for the victim to rest their soul in peace. I appreciate the arm force who didnot care their life to save the innocent victim and the Arm force who lost their life during the operation will remain as an hero. They will be inspiration or model to other people.
On behalf of all the Bhutanese, we pray for the Arm force and innocent victim who lost their life during the operation.
With our prayer and wishes, may the soul of victim rest in peace and the heroes of the nation will continue their spirit.
    Kinlay
    Thimphu,Bhutan
