Sometimes I feel like Bhutan, and Bhutanese government officials have the mentality of a battered wife who stays and defends her husband even though he’s terrible. Here is we have another classic example. Jai Prakash industries has just made a name for themselves in Bhutan by doing a terrible job on the the 55 million Nu hanger that is already starting to crumble before the dust settles. Yet apparently Druk Green power has given this lucrative contract to them. Look like some Bhutanese people really need to have their head examined.
